Our mission is to build a transformative community that drives both local and global empowerment through the convergence of art, creativity, and learning through diverse programs. We are committed to serving as the region’s premier hub for collaboration and celebration, providing an inspiring space for social gatherings, weddings, and cultural programmes within a 25 km radius.
Founding Trustees
Devki Nandan Goyal and Sudha Goyal, inspired by their deep-rooted family traditions of philanthropy and social service, envisioned creating a meaningful contribution to the community they now call home. Coming from diverse backgrounds—Mr. Goyal from Haryana and Mrs. Goyal from Bihar (now Jharkhand)—both were profoundly influenced by their parents’ values of service and generosity. In honor of Mr. Goyal’s mother, Sokori Devi, they set out to establish a unique not-for-profit community center that would stand as a legacy of compassion and collective growth.
Drawing from their extensive travels and openness to progressive ideas, the couple aspired to design a space that is both forward-looking and grounded in traditional building practices. This vision comes alive the moment visitors enter the space, with two striking white tetrahedrons spiraling upwards towards the sky, leaving an indelible first impression.
Located in Chettipalayam, approximately 16 kilometers from Coimbatore city, the Center offers a serene oasis of calm amidst lush greenery and gently swaying trees. Established in 1988, it has since become a preferred venue for weddings, cultural events, and community gatherings. Its strategic location, in close proximity to the Coimbatore Golf Club and the Kari Motor Speedway, makes it easily accessible while retaining a tranquil setting away from the bustle of the city.
The architectural design thoughtfully balances open and enclosed areas, with spacious courtyards that seamlessly connect the interiors to the outdoors. Visitors are welcomed into an environment that is both inspiring and versatile, designed to accommodate a wide range of experiences.
About the Space
Our Offerings
The Center provides two well-appointed halls that can be adapted for both functions and dining, catering to intimate gatherings as well as large celebrations. An open-air amphitheatre, with a seating capacity of 250, offers an ideal setting for performances, cultural showcases, and community programs.
In addition to social and cultural events, the Center is well-suited for weekend yoga retreats, holistic healing workshops, and wellness programs that nurture both body and mind. Its open courtyards and tranquil surroundings also make it a distinctive venue for art exhibitions, cultural programmes, and creative residencies.
With its unique blend of natural beauty, cultural heritage, and modern functionality, the Center stands as a versatile space that brings people together to celebrate, learn, and grow.
